This will be the lower floor of my private residence. With that said, there will be a few things to note in this floor to make sense of things. Even though there will be some spaces restricted from the tenants to enter, there will be 2 residences with Penhouse employees living there so they have a residence of their own. This will validate the reason for visitors coming to the 41st floor. The demands are as follows
Pool Infrastructure
In the pool section, there will be a need to place that pool’s hole somewhere. With that said, there will be the space for the pool on floor 41. The shallow end will be 3 feet (about 1 meter) and below that space will be the pools filtering system, and water cleansing system. The deep end will be 10 feet (about 3 meters). There will be space to offer such resources as with the shallow end.
Penthouse Lower Floor
This space will provide for a sense of a basement. It will also hold the elevator room for the Penthouse Elevator. In addition, a laundry room with both single load machines, and 2 double load machines. This will eliminate the need to have to use the laundry facilities in the upper basement. There will also be storage in this area. The servant’s quarters sits between this space, and. the Pool Infrastructure space. The servants will have access to this space considering there is the laundry room in this space. Obviously, the penthouse’s indoors will sit above this space. The employee does not have access to the communications room, nor the elevator room.
Servant’s Quarters
As with the realty employees, there will be 2 3B units available to the servants. There will be 2 such apartments, and there will be a spiral stairwell that both apartments will have access to get to the penthouse without having to use the elevator to get to the 42nd floor, and come in through the front door. While the realty employees will pay for their rent in one of the apartments, the servants will not. This will be a perk of living in the space that is so close to the penthouse, and give incentive to move here.
