There will be 20 units of apartments for the employees. This will allow the employee to pay a reduced fair for the apartment, and have a secured place to live. While this might seem like overkill, keep in mind that this will also have to support receptionists, tower’s manager, and others that might prefer to live here than Duffield. Duffield will likely be ideal for the maintenance people, since they work on all units. I still want to make sure that I have enough units to grow with.
