I am going to assume that there is an open property to build on. This will allow me to have a 2 story basement underground. I will also have all of the resources one will need while entering the building. There will be an APS? for automobiles. Each tenant will be able to host one automobile for $250 per month. Any extra spaces will have to be approved by me as there won’t be enough spaces otherwise. There will be 3 floors each with 60 SRO?s giving 180 essential spaces for someone to lay their head on. Above the SROs will be the employee housing which will all have 20 3B units for the employees. If the employee qualifies for subsidized housing, then they will be able to choose such a unit without having to choose an apartment on floor 10. Those that don’t qualify for subsidized housing will live on floor 10. There will be 30 floors of subsidized housing. Floor 41 will be personal employee housing, and infrastructure for the penthouse. 42-43 will be the (M), and (U) levels. You can learn more about the Penthouse in another website. As you can see, there is a lot going on, and this will be my flagship building. If I was to only have one, it will be this one. The layout is as follows:
- Basements: Laundry, storage, and utilities
- 1: Office, Stores, and shoppes. APS Bays in the rear
- 2-5: APS
- 6-9: SROs (180 units)
- 10: Employee Housing (20×3B)
- 11-40: Subsidized Housing (660 units)
- 41: Servants’ housing, and Penthouse (L)
- 42-43: Penthouse
There are 840 units not tied to the employees of the apartment. This also does not include my units. All of the apartments including employee housing, and my apartments, there will be 863 apartments. Since are a significant number of units, you should be able to understand why there will be limited features in a couple of instances. This will include basic cable for television, a potential limit in making telephone calls since there are so many apartments that can make a call at one time. This will also explain the rationale of such a large monthly revenue that would be generated.
