The Penthouse will be my personal residence. This will be a 5B/5b/2l apartment with 3 stories. The main story is floor 32 on the building. The regular and freight elevator can go to floor 32. The penthouse will have a penthouse elevator which will be L (fl 31), M (fl 32), and U (fl 33). The U floor is not accessible by the other elevators, and only by the penthouse elevator. This upper floor will be the bedrooms, and I will also have a private outdoor space above the guest wing. With the Penthouse, the idea is to live in that good life without being a snob about it. All of the resources I will have will be reasonable for someone that would have $50,000,000.
