This is my flagship building. If I was to only have 1 building, it will be this one. With that said, my penthouse will be a 3 story penthouse, and below the penthouse, there will be two particular demands that will need to be met. The demands are as follows
Pool Infrastructure
Looking in, you would see what would look like an in ground swimming pool. This pool does not magically have space in the pool without doing something. The 31st floor will hold for the pools placement. This will include from the 3-10 feet of swimming space. There is no springboard since the deep end is only 10′ However the pool will take up space in the 31st floor. There will also be a locked door for the pool’s infrastructure. Only I or qualified technicians will have access to this space. There will also be a pool cover that would slide into place, and allow for this pool’s space to be covered, and walked on. This platform cover will assure that no child drowns because the platform cover will be required to cover the pool unless there is an adult that knows how to swim in the pool area.
Penthouse Lower Floor
This space will provide for a sense of a basement. It will also hold the elevator room for the Penthouse Elevator. In addition, a laundry room with both single load machines, and 2 double load machines. This will eliminate the need to have to use the laundry facilities in the upper basement. There will also be storage in this area. The servant’s quarters sits between this space, and. the Pool Infrastructure space. The servants will have access to this space considering there is the laundry room in this space. Obviously, the penthouse’s indoors will sit above this space. The employee does not have access to the communications room, nor the elevator room.
Servant’s Quarters
As with the realty employees, there will be a 3B unit available to the servants. There will be 2 such apartments, and there will be a spiral stairwell that both apartments will have access to get to the penthouse without having to use the elevator to get to the 32nd floor, and come in through the front door. While the realty employees will pay for their rent in one of the apartments, the servants will not. This will be a perk of living in the space that is so close to the penthouse, and give incentive to move here.
