There will be 2 basements. B1 will have a laundry room with 5 double load washers, and 5 double load dryers ($4.00 each). The tenant is encouraged to stay in the laundry room while their clothes are being laundered. The washer will run 40-45 minutes, and the dryer will run 1 hour. The rest of the basement is off limits, and will host utilities, and services. B2 will host the gas generator with a fan to exhaust any Carbon Monoxide, and the rest is storage for appliances so a tenant does not have to wait a week for an appliance because their’s broke down.
