Email? will be simple and to the point. The address that a tenant should write to if they have any problems they need management to address, they should write to tower@fsp.homes. The manangement in charge of that building will be able to address your issues.

Calling the Tower will be as simple as dialing +1 4125554377 (4FSP). Selecting 0 will reach the office. When the visitor enters the public foyer, they will see an in-wall telephone. They will pick up the phone, and dial the apartment number. If the number is below 10, then the visitor will need to dial 0 in front. In example, dialing 901 will be to dial 0901. When the intercom phone rings, the caller-ID will show 0. This should identify to the tenant that this is an intercom call even if they have a SIP line on the phone.
